There are many of benefits of living at Venlo Place. It is conveniently located near Meijer and Walmart and only a mile from campus. The staff is always easygoing and willing to work with their tenants. Maintenance is a top priority, making sure the apartments needs are quickly addressed.

These are the things that I have really enjoyed about living at Venlo – The design of the apartments is modern and fun. I have gotten so many compliments from guests when they come to Visit. Management is friendly and helpful. Office communicates well with residents. Maintenance was timely and reliable. Free Food Fridays were always a fun event.

There’s a lot of things that you need to pay for when moving into an apartment. NOT having to pay for cable and wifi is great!

I love living here! It is close to campus, stores, and restaurants. The apartment itself is big and newly renovated, so it has new appliances, updated paint, and new floors. The staff is very helpful with helping for anything that you may need. I highly recommend living here.
